Jo plays Dr. Charlotte Bennett. Charlotte writes a letter to the four other sisters and they are surprised to learn they have a half-sister. Their half-sister needs a bone-marrow transplant, and in this episode, the sisters must decide whether to be tested to see if they match and can donate bone-marrow. Frankie goes out with a man she likes a lot, but has a lot of problems dealing with his devilish son. Falconer pays a lot of attention to Maggie, his ex-wife, and Teddy worries she may lose him.
