Georgie doesn't plan to hold Thanksgiving dinner this year, but when Truman's Alzheimers causes a fire, the sisters and Bea wind up being thrown together at Georgie's house for Thanksgiving. Georgie is upset and secretly still interested in Dr. Caspian. Teddy comes back from rehab and brings a rock star to Thanksgiving. Charley plans on meeting Frankie for Thanksgiving dinner, but is brought together with the others after the fire. Alex plans on going to Norma and Christine's house, but Norma has a fight with Christine, who wants to have a baby. So Norma comes with Alex to Georgie's house after the fire as well.
