Synopsis Of Episode:
This show is about Dr. Jacob Hood, a special science advisor for the US government. Hood investigates various cases with the aid of Rachel, an FBI agent assigned to protect him. In this episode, Hood is not assigned a case, but hears about a strange occurrence going on in the news. A young boy with a kidney tumor drank from a spring, and his tumor miraculously disappeared. The man who was the owner of the land containing the spring began to sell the water to people with various illnesses. Hood believes there is no miracle, but instead, some sort of fraud. Many of the people who drink the water begin to get sicker, and Hood investigates what strange properties the water may have. He also investigates at the hospital where the people getting sick from the water are treated. Jo plays Helen Cole, one of the administrators at the hospital, who Hood speaks to about the situation. Hood must determine whether some sort of foul play is going on, or whether there really has been a miracle.
