Trevor graduates from high school, but everyone is shocked when Big Al has a heart-attack at his party. Luckily, Charley is there to help him. Teddy grows closer to Jack Chambers, but must face the fact that he is not Falconer. Alex takes over Big Al's office while he is recovering, but is forced to deal with some tough issues. Trevor decides to join the army, upsetting Georgie and John.
